Serves 6-8.  Try out stromboli—the calzone’s more stylish cousin—simple enough for a weeknight supper.  Stromboli is delicious eaten as is but even better when served with tomato sauce.

Made from all organic ingredients: Maple Achers Farm garlic, Meadowlark Farm broccoli, Second Spring Farm red peppers, Lord & Lady eggs, flour, kalamata olives Parmesan cheese, yeast, turbinado sugar, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, red pepper flakes, olive oil, salt

    This dish will come labeled with the following cooking instructions.

    Thaw stromboli on a parchment lined baking sheet and let rise in a warm place at least one hour if possible. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake until crust is golden and center registers 200 degrees, 30 to 35 minutes, rotating sheet halfway through baking. Transfer stromboli to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Transfer to cutting board and cut into 2-inch-thick slices. Serve with pizza or marinara sauce and enjoy.
