Navy Bean Pie

Whole 9" pie.  Vegetarian.  Never had beans in a pie before?  Now is the time to try.  Although it may seem like an odd dessert ingredient it gives the pie an amazing richness, while the eggs and sugar bring it round to almost a likeness to a buttermilk pie.  The frugality of this pie - makes it a big winner at my house.

This can be ordered ready-to-eat or ready-to-bake.  Made from Lord & Lady eggs, Shetler's Farm whole milk, navy beans, flour, cane sugar, butter, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
