Available year round.  Serves 4-8.  The best meatloaf we've ever tasted. Ground beef with just the right amount of vegetables for perfect moistness and texture. Very popular with many of our clients. Comes in eight separately packaged slices, which is not only convenient but also better for reheating in the oven.

Made from Piedmontese Farm ground beef, Old Mission Peninsula honey oat bread, Shetler's Farm whole milk, Lord & Lady eggs, Bareknuckle Farm carrots, Isadore Farm celeraic, Second Spring Farm onion, Birch Point Farm garlic, Brownwood Farms spicy brown mustard, Gallagher's bacon, poblano pepper, extra virgin olive oil, ketchup, salt and white pepper.

NOTE: This dish can be made gluten-free or without bacon, please just let us know if you're interested!

    This dish will come labeled with the following cooking instructions.

    To Serve: Thaw wrapped meatloaf slices. Place the foil wrapped slices on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350°F oven until heated through, 25-30 minutes (if frozen, � 35-50 minutes).
