Serves 6-8.  A longtime favorite in Laura's family. It's the Dutch version of Swedish meatballs. Sauteed meatballs in a creamy mushroom sauce, baked in the oven to perfection. Simple, delicious, comforting. We frequently serve it with mashed potatoes, but try them Swedish-style with egg noodles and red currant jam. Bake them in the oven while preparing either the potatoes or noodles.

Made from Piedmontese Farm ground beef, Old Mission Peninsula honey oat bread, Shetler's Farm whole milk, Lord & Lady eggs, Second Spring Farm onion, cream of mushroom soup (milk, butter, flour, mushrooms, salt, pepper), extra virgin olive oil, salt and white pepper.
