Curried Turkey Casserole

Serves 6.   Curry is not a spice, but a mixture. Curry comes from the word ‘kerai’ which is a cooking vessel similar to a wok. You bake this spicy dish in the oven.

Made from Lord & Lady or Duerksen turkey, Second Spring Farm onion, Birch Point Farm garlic, Shetler's Farm whole milk, Old Mission Peninsula bread, broccoli, flour, butter, curry powder, salt and white pepper.
