Chicken Kievs

Serves 6 - A chicken kiev is a ukrainian dish that wraps butter, garlic and herbs in breaded chicken that is then fried and baked.  Cutting into a chicken kiev, letting out delicious melted butter, garlic and herbs, is a sight to behold and a taste for the heavens.  These little kievs of joy are absolutely divine with mashed potatoes and spinach or other sautéed greens.

Made from all organic ingredients:  Maple Ridge Farm ground chicken breast, Lord & Lady Farm eggs & dill, Bareknuckle Farm garlic, Old Mission Multigrain honey oat bread, Birch Point Farm parsley, vegetable oil, lemon, garlic powder, butter, white pepper and salt.

NOTE:  Can be made gluten-free if desired - we substitute gluten-free cornflakes for the panko/breadcrumbs.
