Chicken Cordon Bleu

Serves 6 - So we've fallen in love with wrapped chicken dishes.  Here we've taken the classic, cordon bleu's and made it our own.  Cutting into one of these crispy piping hots babies, you'll find  a creamy ham and swiss filling.  Serve with some roasted potatoes and mushrooms and you'll take it over the top!

Made from all organic ingredients:  Leelanau Piedmontese Farm ground chicken, Lord & Lady Farm eggs, Bare Knuckle Farm garlic, Old Mission Multigrain honey oat bread, cream cheese, Brownwood Farms Kickin It mustard, swiss cheese, ham, butter, white pepper and salt.

NOTE:  Can be made gluten-free if desired - we substitute gluten-free cornflakes for the panko/breadcrumbs.
