Serves 6-8.  Beef pot pie hits all the marks as a comforting, one-dish meal, but many traditional versions are bland-tasting. Sautéed mushrooms, tomato paste, beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire bring out the meaty, umami flavor. Finally, a lard made pie crust is a tender flaky finale to top this satisfying pie.

Made from all organic ingredients: Leelanau Piedmontese Beef chuck eye roast, Ware Farm mushrooms, Bare Knuckle Farm carrots, onions, Maple Achers Farm garlic, 45th North dry red wine, Dinner Table vegetable broth, Lord & Lady Farm lard, thyme & eggs, tomato paste, peas, olive oil, flour, soy sauce, vegan Worchestershire sauce, bay leaf, butter, salt and white pepper

    To Serve: Thaw wrapped meatloaf slices. Place the foil wrapped slices on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350°F oven until heated through, 25-30 minutes (if frozen, � 35-50 minutes).
